Bead Society Holiday Party, Fun & Games

The Bead Society Holiday Party is on December  2nd at 7:00 pm!

While we can't meet in person this year, we are planning a fun holiday party.  Please RSVP because we want to send you some information ahead of time!  Invite your friends! 

We are planning on playing Bead Bingo! Nikki Donahue and Kay Deeney are working on a Bead Identification Game! We have a crossword puzzle for you as well. Maybe some other exciting activities! There will be prizes!

Renowned Wearable Art Designer and instructor Lillian M. Todaro will present Beginning Wire Bending Jewelry Making, Zoom Workshop for the Bead Society Los Angeles. Class sizes are limited so sign up now!​

Get started now making your own beautiful Jewelry. Make custom pieces of Jewelry for yourself, friends, family and to give on those gift giving Holidays that are coming.
 
For this online, class, we will start with basic Wire Bending techniques. First, we will learn to make simple wrapped eye-loop links that include beads. We will use them to create a pair of “Drop Earrings”. We will continue with wire bending by adding some fancy wire doodling techniques like spirals, etc.
 
We will also explore linking our wire wrapped beads or crystals together to make a beautiful chain for a necklace.

​Lillian Todaro is a multi-award winning “wearable art” jewelry artist for over thirty years. Primarily known for her innovative “Bead Sculptures,” Lilly has earned numerous “First Place” and “Best of Show” Jewelry Category Awards, and gained international attention with her television appearances. Lilly also teaches across the country, and is showcased at finer art shows & galleries.
